At least 100,000 peoples demonstrated in the street of montreal, the anti-capitalist bloc regrouped at least 600 persons. Graffitis were made on every wall and on police cars. Some police cars even had their windows smashed. Fifteen minutes later, peoples made a circle and burned two dolls of quebec's prime minister, while some other erected a barricade. About 40 cops in riot gear then came in and attacked the anti-capitalist bloc that was inside the union's rally by then. Peoples immediatly fought back and encircled the cops. A fight erupted immediatly and the cops took a huge beating with hundreds throwing sticks, bottles, rocks, paints bombs and bricks at them from every side. They fought for only 15 or 20 minutes before running away. The union's security service got between the two parties and protected the cops so they could run away into their bus, because they were receiving a beating with hundreds of anarchists running after them to fight. The pigs then took off and never came back. A beating they won't forget.
Peoples dispersed some dozens minutes later without any known incidents.
