WWINet (Waterloo Wellington Information Network for Employment and Training) - An online resource containing jobs and information about training, careers, local labour market trends and more for the communities of Waterloo Region and Wellington County.

Canada WorkInfoNet

A collection of sites related to human resource development, including business, government and non-profit. This site contains Canadian and international information on: job matching, labour market information, workplace trends, career planning, education and training information, employment standards, information on literacy, equity and special needs, and much more.   Visit the Canada WorkInfoNet Sitemap for a breakdown of their site. Main areas are Jobs and Recruiting, Career Planning, Training and Qualifications, Labour Market Information, Financial Help, Workplace information, and Community Interest/Services links.

Check out the Ontario Ministry of Education / Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities WWW site.  It contains lots of information around Training, which includes Ontario Summer Jobs, Apprenticeship information, Local Training Board info., Adjustment Advisory Program, Literacy, and the Job Connect Program.

An excellent resource put out by the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training is the publication, You and the Job Market.  We could never keep enough copies around, and now you can find it on their WWW site!
