This is a true story about a human rights abuse. An executive left Grosvenor International - a powerhouse in financial and royal circles, with a closeness to intelligence; MI5 / MI6 and CIA. He was blacklisted and defamed. He complained. 8 years of threats and intimidation followed. He went to the police. The investigation was stopped. Intelligence involved. A Cabinet Minister orchestrated a cover-up. Closet fascism where intelligence services can override rule of law, civil liberties and democracy.

Shots fired, death threat calls, cars driven at him, property smashed, he is under surveillance, and he can’t find work as people are scared to hire him. His wife’s health permanently damaged; hardly surprising since she and her children have been threatened for 8 years.

In an article published on 10 Oct 2004 in the prestigious Sunday Times headlined “Lies, Threats and Whistleblowers” journalist Liam Clarke reports how honest UK police officers were persecuted by UK intelligence using Zerzetzen tactics to keep them quiet. He says “they are supposed to be protecting, but the government persecutes them”.

Zerzetzen tactics were developed by “The Stasi” (former East German Secret Police) to silence dissidents. Their purpose is to “undermine, subvert and corrode” their victim. The UKs MI5 / MI6 are using Zerzetzen threats against this executive and his family in the UK and Canada today.

OVERVIEW OF MI5 / MI6 THREATS &
GOVERNMENT COVER UP CONSPIRACY +++++++

In Nov 2004 the executive reported the crimes to the Police in Manchester, UK. The police wanted to investigate but were stopped. Politicians brought the matter to the attention of UK Cabinet Minister Hazel Blears. She had responsibility for policing and MI5. Nothing happened, so he pressed the issue and got shot in the head by a pellet fired from a moving vehicle.

On 16 Mar 2005 after pressing the issue (despite constant threats) UK-Minister Blears rejected his request for an investigation (years of threats and intimidation) and she gave a written excuse for not investigating that is a provable written lie. See for yourself - Open attachment A.

On that same date, he was again threatened to stop complaining to the Minister, although he did not get her letter for 3 days. MI5/MI6 had carried out their threat even before the ink was dry on the Minister’s signature.

On 23 Mar 2005, he went to The Guardian. His documentation subsequently disappeared from the newspaper’s secure offices (a copy of Blears letters), and his wife and he were threatened on the way home. The following weekend their son in Birmingham was threatened on the telephone in front of witnesses. These death threats are recorded. A transcript of the recorded threats is attached. (Attachment C).

That same night their house in Manchester was smashed into with the brick porch totally destroyed and a 9 foot crack inside the building itself.

This is not 1% of the totality of the threats they have had over 8 years. These threats were all reported to the police in Manchester and Birmingham, UK and Calgary, Canada. In each case police wanted to investigate and were stopped. Police cannot operate without political support where intelligence services are criminally involved.

+++ Minister Hazel Blears – protecting the miscreants

Four times Minister Blears declined to investigate, each time giving a different written excuse for doing so. The varying excuses in her 4 letters all contradict each other, proving the cover-up. Each time a lie was disproved another written lie surfaced from her. Her purpose was to ensure that no investigation took place. Her letters are attached (Attachment A), see for yourself.

Complaints on Minister Blears role were all brought to former UK – Prime Minister Blair’s attention by a Member of Parliament. Amazingly Blair passed them onto Blears for more cover-up.

+++ The Police Report – an attempt to whitewash

The crimes were reported to four police services in UK and Canada (and UK police review bodies) as well as Cabinet Ministers. There is multiple independent witness testimony available, recorded threats, and property damage to verify.

Seven police bodies and three Cabinet Ministers were now involved in covering it up. It was getting so ridiculous that MI5 decided to do a pretend investigation to whitewash the complaint.

In April 2006 the Manchester Police finally interviewed the executive on videotape for 2 3/4 hours. The police promised to follow up with a full investigation. He told the police interviewers that they would be forced to cover it up once MI5 had seen the tape – there is so much evidence to back up his complaint. They denied it; but he never heard from them again. A Member of Parliament then spend 15 months pushing the police for a report.

Finally in July 2007 the Police were forced to issue a fabricated Police Report. No witnesses contacted, 95% of the complaint not dealt with, the 5% remainder was misrepresented. ZERZETSEN THREATS FROM A VICTIM’S PERSPECTIVE +++++++

The UK Secret Police MI5, MI6 are known to practice intimidation and threats. It’s been widely reported in the press that they use Zerzetzen tactics copied from their brothers in the Stasi. The executive and his family have been repeatedly threatened in both the UK and Canada. From a victim’s perspective the many different threats can be broadly divided into four categories.

+++ 1 – Direct Death Threats

In London, a motorbike was driven at speed directly at the executive, swerving and missing him by a hairsbreadth. Minutes later a car stopped by him on the street and he was told how easy it would be to murder him. Later in Manchester he was walking on the street when a car reversed back threatening to crush him against a wall. The executive has had shots and laser beams fired at him, property smashed into, death threat calls and much more.

In Birmingham, his son has had shots fired into his living room and had numerous telephone death threats. All witnessed. See the transcript of some of the recorded calls. Read it for yourself (Attachment C).

In Calgary, his daughter was accosted on the street and threatened; the police said that they could tell that the threatener had had operational intelligence training from the way he acted. This was the third time she was threatened

Aggressive telephone tapping by MI5 so that you know it. Hands on tapping, so that if he says anything critical about Grosvenor or the cover-up they cut the phone off, or buzz the line with interference or clicking. After one call to his daughter where he criticized Grosvenor, he got an immediate death threat in Manchester, and his daughter was intimidated in Aberdeen, Scotland where she was a university student.

The threateners have identified themselves as from “the security organization” an often used synonym for the UK’s MI5 agency. One threat was even made in the name of His Royal Highness.

+++ 2 – Subtle & Psychological Threats

The second category of threats are more subtle and psychological – to encourage a feeling of being constantly watched or followed, a feeling of uncertainty, even of hopelessness. As the Stasi said Zerzetzen is about “undermining, subverting, corroding” their victim’s personality.

Cars following the executive around wherever he goes. He changes his route, the vehicle follows. Or as in Vancouver, a car would sit in his drive. He comes out of the house, the car starts up and drives off. This happened several times each day for weeks.

In the early years there were hundreds of telephone calls, with no voice on the line, just heavy breathing. Sometimes all his communications are disrupted on the same day to show that there is nothing he can do that MI5 / MI6 doesn’t know about: Odd telephone calls, his mailbox broken open, disruptive downloads on his computer, his email going haywire – all on the same day.

+++ 3 – Bureaucratic Harassment.

They use this to make routine everyday things problematic for their victim as part of the Stasi strategy to “undermine, subvert, corrode” by manipulating bureaucracies. Not that clerks are knowingly doing anything wrong; Intelligence has got inside bureaucracies and is interfering with the clerks’ processes and systems to cause problems for the executive. This has happened too many times to be coincidental.

In recent months in Calgary this has resulted in threats to cut off his electricity, his telephones going haywire, and his mail going array, and much more.

The electricity company threatened to cut off his electricity for non payment. But he did not know what to pay since he had not received any invoice. So he contacts the company and asks for an invoice. But no invoice arrives, just more cut off notices. This happens 5 times, and nobody can explain. Meanwhile his telephone is going haywire. The company has wrongly changed his line to fax, so that incoming calls are answered with fax tones. They apologize and it’s resolved. Now voice mail messages are being lost at the telephone company. This is resolved. Now there is so much interference he can’t make out who is calling. Meanwhile a problem with his mail is developing; letters are returned to sender or lost. Dealing with a government agency; they can’t find his file. More hassle – It’s disappeared from their office, and nobody can explain. Can CSIS explain?

Part of MI5 / MI6 Zerzetzen campaign is to keep the executive permanently unemployable so that he has no source of funds. If he tells potential employers what is going on they are scared to hire him. If he does not tell them then MI5 / MI6 will make sure they hear some rumor. Nothing better helps MI5 / MI6 campaign “to undermine, subvert and corrode” than keeping their victim impoverished.

+++ 4 – The Power Of the Big Lie Technique

MI5 / MI6 use the Big Lie technique and spread their lies through their many contacts. The first Big Lie was the criminal defamation which continues to this day since the executive remains unemployable. Many other lies have since been spread for disinformation as this is the way they operate.

Anna Funder in her book “Stasiland” reports that Zerzetzen includes “targeted spreading of rumors about particular persons” and “creating confusion over facts”

Academic Stephen Dorril in his book “MI6” describes some of the tactics that MI6’s psychological section I/OPS uses. Experts in character assassination, they use tactics they call “surfacing” untruthful rumors and “double sourcing” so that damaging lies are spread about their target victim. Dorril says that MI6 have covert agents working deep undercover as bank executives, in accounting firms, and the press to help spread their lies. What about politicians?

The executive says “There have been many rumors and lies spread about me, but if one takes each rumor by itself in detail I can easily disprove it; then if you take all the disproved rumors together they just show a pattern of orchestrated deceit, misinformation and MI5/MI6 “dirty tricks”. ”

CONCLUSION +++++++

The most difficult thing to explain is the reason for the slandering itself, since the executive had done an excellent job. One source has suggested it is simple – Grosvenor saw his decision to leave as rejection of themselves, and decided to reject him. This organization has far too much power and is plugged in at the highest levels of finance, business and royal circles. A senior banker said how could they let this get so far.

To keep this executive from complaining 8 years of death threats, intimidation and harassment followed. These crimes can be solved. UK Minister Blears knows who is behind the cover-up, and CSIS must also know since there has been considerable Zerzetzen activity in recent months in Calgary.

THE FORMULA USED HAS BEEN FIRST TO THREATEN, THEN TO COVER-UP BY ENSURING NO HONEST INVESTIGATION TAKES PLACE, THEN TO SAY YOU’RE NUTS WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE COVER-UP

That this issue is being covered up by government is symptomatic of a crisis in democracy. Elements in the establishment corrupted the intelligence services, and the politicians are too scared of their own intelligence services to enforce rule of law.

This HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE was brought before former UK Prime Minister Blair by a Member of Parliament. He passed it to Minister Hazel Blears who covered it up. IT HAS NOW BEEN PUT BEFORE CANADA’S PRIME MINISTER STEPHEN HARPER.
