La brigade parcouru la municipalité et les alentours, recueillant des témoignages audios et vidéos dans la partie affectée par les violations du lundi 14 mars jusqu'au lundi 21 mars 2011.
La tâche que la Brigade Internationale s'est donné a été d'écouter, de comprendre, de raconter et de rendre publique ce qui est en train de se produire dans la communauté de Santiago Xanica. Au cours des derniers mois, les habitants de Xanica ont dénoncé les violations et les abus de la part des membres du Parti Révolutionnaire Institutionnel et le groupe de pression contre le comité local de défense des droits indigène (CODEDI Xanica), adhérent de la Sexta, et contre la population en général.

Creating Liberated areas is indeed the need throughout Latin America. Something like rounding the metropolis countries from the country side.
Take and work all the areas that are easiest first, stablize those local areas and strengthen them as unity is strength in nature. Plant and sow them. Then if the Imperialist camp attacks, circle around and find their weak areas and liberate from there. If the enemy attacks we retreat, if the enemy camps we harrass, if the enemy retreats we attack.
Otherwise live and work peacefully on the land. It is not the peoples that start the violence, and it is the liberated areas, which work and sow the lands, with plants, animals, and peasant-worker unity, that cradles all societies from the majority position. Workers of the world, unite!!
