Actually NOP is a legal Polish political party
NOP is both: a legal political party and constitutionally prohibited

True.
But it "shall be prohibited" according to the text of Article 13 of the Constitution:
Article 13
Political parties and other organizations whose programmes are based upon totalitarian methods and the modes of activity of nazism, fascism and communism, as well as those whose programmes or activities sanction racial or national hatred, the application of violence for the purpose of obtaining power or to influence the State policy, or provide for the secrecy of their own structure or membership, shall be prohibited.
NOP's programme is based upon the modes of activity of nazism and fascism and sanctions racial and national hatred. The evidence is overwhelming.

It's pretty ridiculous to see Polish people in support of nazi symbolism and rhetoric. Maybe a lot of these peole should actually read what Hitler was writting. Pretty sure he wasnt too fond of you Polish. In fact he describes you as an inferior race that under his ultimate plan would "cease to exist". After everything Poland went through in WWII it blows my mind to see Polish children wearing a swastika.
WOWII

I was so interested when I came across this article after visiting Poland (Krakow and Auschwitz) just a few months ago. I was a tourist, (a black one) when I came head to head with some patronizing neo-Nazis who may have been tourists as well. Hell, they may have even been apolitical and liked the outfits and hairstyles, who knows? But with respect to the previous comment "WOW", that was my sentiment exactly when I thought about how close one of the major concentration camps was (Birkenau I and II). Maybe I was naive, but I was surprised to find a presence of neo-Nazi considering all that had happened in Poland. I also know that it is common for tourists to tread through Krakow and head to Auschwitz to see the memorial, and in hindsight I thought that perhaps it would seem likely that there still remain s a certain population who want to remind tourists that not everything has been left behind. How do you kill an ideology?
The price we pay

This is the price we pay to poor historical education in Poland. Maybe it is not too late to change it. Unfortunately, we cannot speak of state education's aid in teaching history, as nowadays the education is ran by the current government - which e.g. defends the memory of spanish fashists during Spanish Civil War.
Maybe Hitler's "Mein Kampf" should be popularised :) It's enough to read a few qoutes from this old bigot to know that national socialism was based on the belief of inferior races, chiefly the Slavs. The cooperation of so-called slavic neopagans with the neo-nazis is equally ridulous. High time to bash the fash!
we need reeducation programs

where they German Poles?
Jo Bloggs 18.Apr.2007 23:18
Parts of Poland was annexe part of the former Republic of Germany, so I ask were this “Germantic Poles?” It might help explain why the "Polish" people are in support of nazi symbolism.

maybe i am not well informed, but I can remember the WWII starts with the Invation to Poland. And a lot of people of that country was transported to concentration camps (I can hear the what are thinking a Scumhead saying: the camps are fantasy). Well; the point is: do you can give your admiration to a person who hurt your country? Do you can remember how the invation start? Horses and spikes... Against Tanks. I think there is no more to say.

Demonstrate at your local Polish Embassy if you find this upsetting. If you live in the European Union, pressure your local euro-MPs to have the courage to say that these are fascist groups and to request the Polish government to implement Article 13 of the constitution.
According to article 13 of the Polish Constitution, fascist organisations are illegal, but the present government is too close to the neofascist youth groups to do anything against them - it won't attack its allies.
