It came as no surprise when this Xanterra employee who was harassed by managed for speaking up found out that Xanterra Parks and Resorts is one of the worst companies in the USA to work for!

Lost is ones dignity, respect, self esteem

found is a company named Xanterra Parks and Resorts and
its total disrespect to seniors and minorities.
This Xanterra employee just spent 6 plus weeks working at $7 an hour and living in Dorms where Xanterra charged rent to employees and filled employee cafeteria with unhealthy food, green molded bread at times, chips and tortillas left exposed and uncovered all night,.

While the majority white management staff bullied employees, many brought in from nations like China, Jamaica, Serbia, etc. Employees are promised many activities, free time for enjoyment of Yellowstone park.

What they get is, bullying by majority white management, while many seniors works back breaking jobs for long late hours at $7 and hour. Forced to eat mostly overcooked food that lacks nutrients.

I myself worked 40 plus hours and in 6 weeks only had 7 5 minute breaks.
I saw Asian girls break down and cry from the abuse. While many young Caucasian girls received promotions and preferential treatment

I was surprised to see such open racism, the n word used so loosely and the anti semitic remarks flow so freely while Christians had their run of the dorms and workplace. I myself received information from Christians comparing Judaism and Buddhist and Muslims to cults

In the Dorms your children are being tempted by drugs, underage drinking,
in one of the dorms at Lake Yellowstone where lake hotel employees and kitchen staff is employed. Teens were even producing Porn movies.

It was not unusual seeing young girls, some as young as 18 sitting in the employee pub being massaged and rubbed by alcohol drinking middle aged white male managers

This employee was three times written up for daring to challenge the racist Nazi like actions of Xanterra Parks and Resorts.

It is about time for the National Park Service, Congress, the INS, Jesse Jackson, Rev AL Sharpton and also the Bush administration to investigate Xanterra Parks and Resorts and it's heavy handed actions vs hard working employees.
