Sawyer ( United States ).
Scheduled to meet with Thomas Edgar Sawyer is Craig Leonard Hubner (aka) Craig L. Hubner ( aka ) Craig Hubner ( Australia ) who in 2004 represented DEJAN GUJA CONSULTING PTY LTD. ( aka) DG CONSULTING ( Australia) in a BANGKO DE PILIPINA SG. Central Bank of the Philippines and PHILIPPINES COMMUNICATION BANK grandiose high value gold bullion mandate deal involving Vance Howard Shafer ( USA and Belgium ) and several others.
Between 1997 and 2000, Craig Leonard Hubner was involved with Joint Venture agreement contracts arranging grandiose high value bank paper trading program investment deals surrounding financial instruments tied to legacy heritance estate ( Premier Ir. Soekarno of Indonesia and A.G. Pringgodigdo ) gold bullion certificates of deposit at the Union Bank of Switzerland ( UBS ), Bank of China legitimate bank guarantees obtained under fraudulent pretenses through Robert Earl Palm ( Canada ), U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Federal Reserve Note Bonds ( Treaty of Versailles era Morganthau Bonds ), and KOBE metal gold bullion boxes ( black coffin boxes -aka- sauna boxes ), claimed assets of the infamous now-defunct Fidelity International Bank Inc. This Aptil 10, 2008 100,000 metric tonnes of gold bullion mandate deal appears predicated on yet another grandiose financial crime scam about to occur.

Smith (aka) Sir Alan Smith (aka) Dr. Alan Smith, Thomas Edgar Sawyer (aka) Thomas E. Sawyer (aka) Sir Thomas Sawyer (aka) Dr. Thomas Sawyer, Craig Leonard Hubner (aka) Craig L. Hubner (aka) Craig Hubner that were recently involved in a $250,000,000.00 (USD) million dollar fraudulent negotiation, included but was not limited to, the April 10, 2008 letterhead stationery of the Knights of Malta mandate issued and signed by Alan Cockburn Smith directing Thomas Edgar Sawyer to secure 100,000 Metric Tonnes of gold bullion - with a purity rating of no less than .995 - through DG CONSULTING representative Craig Leonard Hubner has fallen through, according to the owner of that $250-million dollar valued property.
The potential fraud alert, naming the aforementioned scoundrels, was posted by Unwanted Publicity on April 20, 2008 at this KYC News Inc. message board that saw all the information necessary for the 'potential financial crime victim property owner' to act swiftly in breaking-off an afternoon meeting with the parties of fraud involved.

Shortly thereafter, the Host of the Unwanted Publicity website, received a "thank you" letter from the property owner, however had it not been for the KYC News message board there is a better than possible chance that the property owner may have been defrauded out-of what he valued at $250-million (USD).
This post is to express more than just a note of thanks to KYC.
In an interesting turn of events, almost 2-months after the aforementioned fraud deal fell through, Microsoft ordered that the image documents on display that named 'all' of the aforementioned scoundrels be removed from the Unwanted Publicity website within 48-hours. Henceforth to remain in compliance with the Microsoft MSN policy code of compliance, those particular image documents were removed by the Host of the Unwanted Publicity website.

In an effort to 'protect fraud victim interest' - rather than the aforementioned scoundrels whom hide in the shadows of deceit and treachery - from further business financial investment crime activities, the intelligence documents ordered 'removed' by Microsoft (MSN) 'will remain available to the public via e-mail requests' directed to any of the three (3) Unwanted Publicity websites that will protect its intellectual property right interests by making those aforementioned image documents available to the public.
Notwithstanding other nonsense during this particular election year, to include those pouring money into what some perceive as a subtle but ever-present threat to U.S. national security, I am 'definitely not surprised' that "Microsoft" interalia "MSN" chose to take the aforementioned course it did.
What is interesting, however is the fact that subsequent to the Unwanted publicity website complying with the 'first' (1st) Microsoft (MSN) censorship 'order', Microsoft issued a 'second' (2nd) censorship 'order' to have the color copy of the Australia passport issued to Craig Leonard Hubner removed, which was the last image document copy in that last image document album number "014". Henceforth, the Unwanted Publicity website left that particular image document album with the following notation (below):

While this has 'not' been the first censorship to ever occur on a website, I doubt it may be the last.
The question, is:
"Did the act of 'posting an internet fraud alert' by displaying the aforementioned document color copies - obtained from one private intelligence source to another - violate 'libel', 'privacy', and/or any other U.S. governing statutes applicable to internet websites?"

The outcome of the Unwanted Publicity website worldwide alerts to warn others about fraudsters posing as Knights Of Malta representatives was that the Microsoft Corporation attacked international fraud warnings generated by the Unwanted Publicity website warning the public worldwide.
Microsoft Corporation censorship attacks were not an isolated incident. They came not once, nor twice, but three ( 3 ) times against the Unwanted Publicity website. The latter attack, of which, resulted in the Microsoft Corporation dismantling the Unwanted Publicity website international fraud warning alerts.
In addition to Microsoft Corporation censorship attacks and dismantling of the Unwanted Publicity website, other independent websites carrying Unwanted Publicity website international fraud warning information and bulletin board message posts surrounding the Knights Of Malta frauds and fraudsters were mysteriously censored as well.
What specific activities lie buried within Knights Of Malta fraud scheme operations, protected by Microsoft Corporation censorship, where Knights Of Malta fraudster representatives are even protected by even more bashful powers that be?
