The sanitation hygiene in Brazil, São Paulo

Street people denounce guards for removing their blankets: "They are aggressive"
The neglect of the Tucana City Hall with the poorest, and in particular, the abandoned ones living on the streets of the city reflects not only their view of the world but above all their class consciousness.

Brazil, São Paulo, SP. The city of São Paulo, in an attempt to cynically try to clean up its image, visits neighborhoods with its team to deliver blankets to residents suffering from the low temperatures at dawn.
Out of there booing and the xingos of "playboy" and "blanket thieves", because some agents of the Metropolitan Civil Guard of São Paulo "were caught stealing" (that is, robbing) blankets of the homeless in the central region. The city council says it offers shelters to protect the homeless but there are barely any agents picking up homeless people and many of them, when asked to be on the street, claim that the collection centers "have no vacancies" and enough food for everyone.

Those who accompany the Toucan governments in the city of São Paulo are not surprised by the hygienist policy against street people. As if that were not enough, it has been systematic acts of aggression committed by civil guards against the homeless. There was no detachment from the aggressor, no prison, nothing.

The neglect of the Tucana City Hall with the poorest, and in particular, the abandoned ones living on the streets of the city reflects not only their view of the world but above all their class consciousness.
